Corresponding with the group of editors (((previously: How Do I Use the Editors' Forum - the Google Groups Account for Editors?)))
You may want to address the entire editor's team in most of your correspondence regarding matters of the blog. Rather than adding all editors into the address list each time you want to send an email to the group, just address you email to: xunicef-newsletter-team@googlegroups.com
Once you have done manually, your email provider will auto-complete the address as soon as you start typing xunicef-..... The email will then be automatically sent to all members of the team.
Once an editors has started a new topic, we do not change the subject line in the email. All responses (and responses to responses) containing the same subject line will be grouped together and form a 'thread' of emails belonging together. Likewise, if you wish to respond to the editor's team but want to talk about a different issue, please write a new email with a different subject line, so all emails dealing with distinct topics will be grouped in distinct email threads.
You can view all emails exchanged between the editors (sorted by their respective topics or threads) by pasting this into your browser: https://groups.google.com/u/0/g/xunicef-newsletter-team , and you even can continue or open a new conversation right there.
(((Tom, as I wrote this I got confused between the 'editor group' emails, and the editors 'forum'. I checked the 'forum', and I only got a few very dated message - so I don't use it at all. However, the 'group account' as explained above could be helpful)))

The Editors Forum is simply an archive of messages exchanged between the editors.
a. You can open it directly by typing xunicef-newsletter-team@googlegroups.com. Include the same address when you send a message to another editor that you want shared with the full team. Any message sent to or copied to this address is automatically copied to all members of the team.
b. Or through the Editors Google account.
1. Be sure that you have signed into the Editors account on Gmail.
2. Go to groups.google.com
3. Choose 'Editors Newsletter Team'. It will look like this:
